TRUMP to file LAWSUIT challenging Arizona's STATEHOOD!!!

Former President Donald Trump is expected to file, Tuesday, a LAWSUIT challenging the 2020 presidential election results in Arizona, on the basis that Arizona cannot LEGALLY be considered a US state under the RULES set forth by the Constitution.

If SUCCESSFUL, the lawsuit would result in Arizona's 11 electoral votes, currently allotted to President Joe Biden, being INVALIDATED, and bringing Trump that much closer to being reinstated as president. 

Less CLEAR is what success of the legal action would mean for Arizona's population, regarding citizenship STATUS and representation in the US House and Senate. 

The legal RATIONALE put forth by the lawsuit argues that the proclamation signed by then President William Howard Taft in 1912, granting Arizona statehood, is INVALID, due to Taft's presidency being illegitimate, as a result of DISCREPANCIES in the documents admitting Oklahoma to the union in 1907, which should have led to the presidential election of 1909 being DECERTIFIED. 

A decision in favor of Trump could also have implications for New Mexico and it's 5 electoral VOTES, also won by Biden in 2020, as Taft also signed the proclamation ADMITTING that state to the union in 1911.
